Grilled Pineapple with Honey-Lime Glaze and Toasted Coconut
This unique BBQ dessert combines the sweetness of pineapple with a zesty honey-lime glaze and the nutty flavor of toasted coconut.
Grilled Pineapple with Honey-Lime Glaze and Toasted Coconut
Fresh pineapple slices
1/4 cup honey
Zest and juice of 2 limes
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Shredded coconut, toasted
Prepare the Grill:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. (Will take about 10 min to pre-heat)
Peel and slice the fresh pineapple into rings.
Make the Honey-Lime Glaze:
